I cannot say enough good things about Jacob. We have worked with so many people and dealt with so many different factors throughout this project, and he has gone way above and beyond anything we could have imagined. At this point, I don't know what we would have done without him. He is just such a great, honest guy with so much integrity, and he really knows what he's doing. He is also such a perfectionist. Everything has to be done right. He has done so much for us, from all the little things to completely custom projects. He built things for us from scratch and paid attention to every single edge, measurement, ratio, and tiny detail until everything looked perfect. Even when he put in the framing for the walls, he was measuring everything and thinking through the proportions and placement. He does not just build something because we ask for it. He actually thinks about how it is going to look, how it is going to function, and how everything will come together when it is finished. One of the biggest examples is the new bedrooms he built for us. He did everything, including the framing, drywall, and finishing, but what impressed us even more was how thoughtful he was about the design. We have this ocean view, and we were so worried about adding a room and changing the flow of the house or blocking the view from the kitchen. Jacob actually stood there and thought through how big the room should be, where everything should go, and what would give us the best final outcome as the owners. He also built a completely custom fireplace for us, and it came out amazing. He built the chimney, put everything together from scratch, and measured every single part so carefully. Even with all the stonework, he paid attention to every edge, every line, and every little detail to make sure everything looked right. The quality is incredible, and the whole thing came out better than we could have imagined. He really made it to perfection, and we could not be happier with it. That is what makes him different. He doesn't just think like, "This is the project, this is what I was told to build." He actually cares about the house and the vision. He thinks about what we are going to see when we look out the window, how the house is going to flow, what will look best, and what we are ultimately trying to accomplish. He even drew the plans himself, submitted everything to the county for approval, and helped us through inspections. He has so much knowledge, but he also has so much passion for what he does. You can really tell that he cares about the final product, not just finishing the job. Beyond all of that, we just appreciate him so much as a person. He has been such an important part of this project, and we are forever thankful for him. If someone asked me whether they should hire Jacob, I wouldn't even hesitate. You don't need to keep looking or calling around. He's your guy. I would trust him with our projects again and again, and I know he is going to make sure everything is done right.

A fresh coat of exterior paint is one of the fastest and most effective ways to improve your home’s curb appeal — and it does more than just look good. Professional exterior painting adds a protective layer that helps defend your home from weather, moisture, and long-term wear. All-ways Contracting & Painting proudly provides high-quality exterior painting services throughout the Olympic Peninsula, serving Port Angeles, Sequim, the Lake Crescent area, and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius.
In this region, exterior surfaces face constant exposure to changing conditions — rain, wind, sun, and seasonal temperature shifts. A professionally applied paint job helps protect siding and trim from moisture intrusion, cracking, peeling, and premature deterioration. It also creates a barrier that can reduce the risk of mold, mildew, and pest-related damage, helping preserve the structure beneath the surface.
Our team uses proven techniques and quality materials to ensure the finish lasts. Proper preparation is what makes the difference between paint that holds up and paint that fails early — so we focus on the details: cleaning, scraping, sanding, priming, caulking, and surface repair as needed. This ensures better adhesion, smoother coverage, and a clean, professional final look.
Choosing professional exterior painting also saves you time and stress. Instead of tackling a labor-intensive project on ladders and uneven surfaces, you can focus on your day-to-day priorities while our crew handles the job efficiently and safely. The result is a bold, refreshed exterior that highlights your home’s best features and creates a strong first impression.
Whether you live in Port Angeles, Sequim, near Lake Crescent, or anywhere nearby on the Olympic Peninsula, All-ways Contracting & Painting is ready to help you transform and protect your home with expert exterior painting. Because maintaining your property’s value starts with what people see first — and color makes all the difference.
